A quality well-made ab mat that is excellent value for money. The resistance band is a great added extra - good for ankle and calf stretches. Delivered in good time. Would highly recommend.

Makes sit ups more comfortable and also harder, targets them better or so it seems. Good product, well made.

I use one with my personal trainer at the gym, and it really helps me do situps properly. Wanted one at home so I could carry on firming up those stomach muscles. Perferct!

Perfect and exactly like the one I use at the gym does not budge when placed on the carpet unlike others. Also added bonus of good instructions to get you started if you need a helping hand.

A nice soft covering and the curve of the mat is not too high, so, when totally lying over the mat on your back it gives a nice trunk extension (i.e allows the spine to curve backwards), which is well supported. Useful for those who struggle with a Pilates 1/2 Roll Back as it means that the pelvis has less distance to go in comparison to the floor.

Great Mat with the only downside being the bottom needs to be on a rough surface or it will slip or move around.

Great to use for getting better range of movement on exercises, wouldn't say it's the perfect shape but for price it's fantastic

Très bon produit, pas trop mou, bonne finitions même en dessous. Seul point qui pourrait être amélioré, il pourrait y avoir une bande d'une matière anti dérapante sous le coussin, pour éviter qu'il se déplace au sol pendant l'utilisation, car cette matière glisse, légèrement (testé sur des tommettes, un tapis de sol pour abdos, et un tapis de maison). Le problème fut résolu en utilisation sur sol caoutchouc mais tout le monde n'en dispose pas forcement chez soit. Sinon très content.

This one is similar to the other abdominal sit-up support mats I had purchased for others and myself. The quality, foam density, size are all similar to the other 2 brands I have used at the gym. I have seen big, tall and small stature persons using them. I will buy this brand again because it is cheaper than the others plus it comes with a nice 4" wide resistance band that is very useful to me. The company also sent me a link with some workout tips and etc, I don't need it but they may be useful info for people new to training and wanting to know more working out techniques. To me that is a little extra service and care. Their subsequent follow up emails soliciting for customer satisfaction and reviews were friendly and not annoying. I also found another use for this mat. Currently I am using this in my car :) to fill the bucket seat that is scooped so that it levels my car seat cushion.
