Not to spandex or jersey
if I could Iโd give it to zero star because itโs not at all spandex. It has no capacity to stretch. It is pure nylon.

Great color, washes to a soft knit. A bit tricky to cut out at first but if you cut the salvage off and spray starch the ends to tame the curling before cutting this fabric sews up nicely. My elastic waist shorts look great! Will definitely purchase more.
