Pilates Bar Kit with Resistance Bands, Multifunctional Yoga Pilates Kit

So far it’s been useful and great! It makes some of my workouts more intense. It’s very home friendly. It doesn’t take up much space. The bag it comes with doesn’t really fit everything well imo or I just don’t know how to put it away. Colors are cute. The resistance is strong. I think the grey ones are the least resistance with the purple ish color being highest resistance. It comes with the 3 levels on resistance tubes, 2 strap things, a round strap thing, 2 ankle straps, and some more I don’t know the names for any of them I’ll include a pic. All the things come with some sort of connector on the ends like a carabiner or a metal loop. Also comes with a poster thing of some exersizes you can do with them. Seems very durable as nothing has come apart on me.

I am new to this type of equipment, but I find it as easy or as challenging as I need it to be. I especially find the chart of different exercises handy and with a lot of variety in exercises. Would recommend.

I bought this to do Pilates and strength workouts at home and I’m really happy with it. This Pilates bar kit exceeded my expectations! It comes with everything I need for a full-body workout without having to go to the gym. I have been struggling to find an exercise regimen to match my incredibly busy schedule, my chronically stressed-out lifestyle, and my physical conditions that make it harder to perform certain exercises. I get plenty of cardio from running around between meetings, and when I try to do HIIT or anything like mat pilates at home, I manage to quickly overwork myself, and then my adrenals are shot and I am even more stressed. But this exercise set is PERFECT. It allows me to incorporate strength training into my life to target the muscles that need the most attention from my sitting at the computer for many hours. The set is surprisingly good-quality. I was completely expecting to get some cheap plastic, but it's really sturdy and nice. It also comes with a nice big poster with images of a bunch of different exercises you can do, showing which groups of muscles those exercises would target. This is absolutely perfect for me. I hate having to follow a video tutorial because it isn't easy to tell if you're following the exercises correctly all the time. With a picture that shows which muscles are supposed to be targeted, it is easy to tell if you are doing it right because if you are, you will feel it in those muscles, and if you aren't, you won't. Also, I love that it has so many options and is so personalizable. I am recovering from a wrist injury, which makes exercises like push-ups and mountain climbers impossible. Yet, I've been wanting to rebuild muscle for a long time. This set allows me to do that without aggravating my injury. This is the first time in years that I don't have to get external motivation to exercise, and the first exercise ever that I am willingly and eagerly coming back to. I have had it for a couple of weeks, and I feel significant improvement in my muscle tone and strength, and my overall health.

I bought this for only 20 bucks, its a steal for how useful and detailed the prodct is, not just the equipment but the sweet thank you letter hand typed for buying, also many other handy accessories you didn't expect getting!

Comparing the Gaia Bar and this one I would choose the Gaia. The adjustable straps on this one are a pain to use. The left side had too much space between the strap and the bar so it slid around when using it causing asymmetric balance of the bar. I had to find a make shift spacer to insert in the gap. I like the thickness of the bar and it is comfortable to grip. The Gaia bar is thinner but the stretch chords are rolled easily around it with a flick of the wrist to adjust length when switching exercises. So much easier to use that way! I tried rolling the straps of this one to get around the awkwardness of adjusting with the clip and they wouldn’t roll evenly. This set has better hand and feet grips. As far as the additional grips, I Love the ankle strap and hand grip/stirrup. The door strap ended up at the hall closet door since it is the only door with space on each side so it can be used. The clasps on the bands are easy to configure with the grips and are sturdy. I purchased the longer bands to supplement this set and hooked them to a wall bracket so I can avoid the awkward adjustable straps on the bar.

I was skeptical but I LOVE this. I can get a full body workout at home, which is all my schedule allows for right now. This allowed me to cancel my gym membership.

Very unhappy. The middle piece cannot screw into the other 2 pieces. The replacement one was the same. Very disappointed. Quality looked good, but will need to look at another brand.
