After using Naturelo One Daily i can honestly say i understand what he is talking about as i feel more alert, i have more energy and i have found i don't need a mid afternoon nap anymore. One of the things that i noticed was the levels of vitamins and minerals in it compared to the mega amounts found in most multivitamins these days. I never gave this much thought until I started looking into it, and realized that the reason there are such huge amounts in other multivitamins is because they aren't well absorbed, and therefore a lot has to be included. The difference with this multivitamin is that they use the best possible ingredients available for example Folate (as Quarefolic), Methylcobalamin as B12, along with natural Vitamin C (Organic Acerola Cherries) and natural Magnesium. One of the other things I noticed about this multivitamin is that it also contains a Organic Fruit and Vegetable Blend which is very rare in a Once Daily Multi. I am a firm believer that you are what you eat and i will continue using Naturelo for this reason, I only want to consume natural things that have not been modified in labs, just read other reviews of this fantastic product.
