Shipping in high heat will it damage the jam its 105f today

Hi there! Jam is made by boiling so never worry about that. Cold or hot, jam is safe to eat. It is not a product that can melt. In fact, the pectin we use even holds up in the heat of an oven!

What is the source of the dextrin? I need to avoid all grains (wheat, rice, corn, barley, rye).

Dextrins are often sourced from grain, and Choczero does have some products that specify that the dextrin came from corn, but others like this don't specify. If you are really interested, you could contact them on their website, but I expect the answer is likely a grain source.

Jar lid. Can’t get it off. No way. Any suggestions?

I still can’t get the lid off. It finally started to twist but just keeps twisting and won’t come off. I’ve tried everything. Can’t give a review because I cannot get the top off. Yes, I’ve run under hot water, tapped on the lid etc..if I can’t even get it open, I’m definitely not going to order another jar and can’t return it. Very disappointed.

Good jam- terrible delivery

The jam itself tastes good. However, although there was a massive sticker on the box that said “keep it cool,” the package was hot, not warm or room temperature, but properly hot when it was delivered.

Tastes like it is full of sugar but it's not. Great substitute for diabetics.

My husband loves this jam. Tastes like real jam. Great strawberry flavor. No sugar alcohol.

Filled a craving

This tastes pretty good. I have really missed things like jelly since starting keto. The texture is most like the jam that came in c-rations ( 50 years ago ). I could taste the strawberry in it. At 1 gr net carbs per tablespoon this is a winner. Not 5 stars because I'm not fond of the price.
