I am 5-3" and weight 198. What size should I wear? Are these pants naturally long ?

I am also 5'3" and weigh 180. I ordered a large which fits fine. I wear them around the house it is okay. They are not so long.

Are these pants stretchy ?

Yes, There's some stretch to them and very comfortable.

Can i put these in the dryer? will they shrink?

Yes, you can put in the dryer. But, they do not shrink at all. My only recommendation is to tie the waist before drying, In case string will come completely out.

Where do you get the shirts to match?

I bought a package of camisoles- black and gray. Perfect!
