I don't have deep wrinkles (yet) and I haven't noticed a huge difference in the ones I do have, but I will continue using this product thinking that it will prevent deep wrinkles since it moisturizes so well. I gave it four stars because it feels a little thick when first applying but I use a little water to help spread it and once it dries I don't notice it. Also it wasn't clear when I bought the product that you are supposed to still apply your regular moisturizer after this dries (directions written on the bottle).
