I already take a lot of herbal supplements but my fitness addict husband told me I should be taking additional amino acids. So I thought I would try these. They are easy to swallow, no bad after taste and no adverse reactions. I haven't really noticed much difference. The recommended dosage is 4 capsules a day. That is a lot to add to my already large quantity of supplements, lol.

I got this for my son who is determined to get as tall as his genes will allow and to bulk up for his football team. I was using a very expensive supplement that cost three times what this does for just a one month supply. It was touted as a supplement to possibly allow you to get taller. Now my passion is skin care and supplements but I don't pay much attention to supplements like these. I am more into skin and longevity supplements. So it took me a while to study the ingredients in his old supplement for me to figure out what was what ! And not surprisingly there were actually just a handful of ingredients outside of what a normal daily multivitamin has that really had any potential to offer assistance. And this Wild Fuel brand has all of them except one ! And not only does it have them it has more of it as far as mg/gram goes. Now I am not saying you will guaranteed get taller or get big muscles with this. I will say that these ingredients could be very beneficial if you body wanted/needed them. Its like making sure you have the right fuel for peak performance. If the fuel is not there or there is not enough or its the wrong kind then you can expect at best so-so results. Keep in mind you bone caps fuse together somewhere around 22 years old so outside surgery height is non negotiable after that. Muscles on the other hand can be (may) a lifetime of development. Also diet and good sleep are huge in this ! Vitamin D3 and C and K are important too ( which should be in your multivitamin) ! I like the lysine in this as it helps the body, bones specifically (may) absorb calcium. It (may) improve athletic performance by decreasing inflammation, preventing muscle injuries, and increasing lean muscle mass. I like the L-tryptophan in this as it (may) increases muscle development and serotonin which fights off (may) depression ! I like how all these ingredients help with preventing (may) injuries and/or soreness. I was very relieved to see this is third party tested as I have bought some fakes before. That gives us confidence (may) it is what they state it is. So yeah I am very happy with this and considering the price I will definitely be using this brand going forward. And to not leave you hanging I will add that one missing ingredient I personally wanted for my son which is Eucommia Bark. I'll let you research that one. Keep in mind you get many (may) of these ingredients ( unless you are vegan) from the food you eat so don't waste this product and mega dose. This was made in The USA and GMP certified. In my experience and my son, it is good for our body as it helps us recover easily after exercises or heavy activities. This product contains vital information about the ingredients. The container of the supplement is in good quality and it is tight and properly sealed. For me, the supplement capsules are clear and easy to swallow. There’s little to no undesirable smell in it. The color of the content looks great and is processed well. The value for money is fair. As for me, I’m giving Essential Amino Acid Supplement a 5 star rating.
