Once the smell burns off it seals perfectly.

Not only was this stuff very difficult to squeeze from the tube, it was VERY messy and hard to apply. It simply would not stick. Imagine trying to spread chewing gum on a surface...same exact consistency, and there were no application instructions on the tube. I completely wasted my money and wish I could get it back!

Size and quantity did not allow me to apply enough to do an adequate job.I have had to purchase more of a similar product, but in a larger amount.

Ordered this to use with the flu for my wood stove. Tried to seal the joints to keep creosote from leaking on the outside of the pipe, but it did not seal the joint.

Material must have been out of date. Entire tube split open once enough pressure was applied to squeeze a bit out.

Do not use an a pellet stove this product is only designed for gas propane stove after a month in a pellet stove it starts to get brittle and it leaks very bad.Stay away if you have a pellet stove....
