Cool techno helmet
The features from the app kinda suck but the helmet itself looks amazing

Would've been good if it didn't have these little mistakes...
I bought one if these masks before from this company before and i was blown away with the first one, the one with the blue ring instead of . So i thought maybe I'll upgrade it into something COOLER hence this purchase.I got the package- the wrapping was INSANE. They definitely ensured to tape the heck out of it- i almost believed it wasn't mine with how much i fought to get it open.I pulled it out and tried connecting to the blue tooth- got the app and booted it on. I was pretty impressed with the animations- really wish it had eye animations looking side to side, they only had the static one- missed opportunity my opinion. Anyways, right off the bat i noticed there was excessive adhesive on the right side of the mask. Left hand side you can't see it at all meaning it should be just as equivalent to the left: unnoticeable. Additionally it was misaligned, so whenever i did put two 'eyes' on it, it perpetually kept staring off into the left. I kept looking at it and i couldn't really get it off my mind enough to the point i decided to not even put it on. The app also is ok- bare bones I'd say. The only thing that wasn't really cool was that it was wanted to know my location..? Why does an app that is only built for a mask asking for my location..? That's extremely strange. Maybe I'm just too skeptical. The phone and mic feature looks awesome but didn't bother to try it. Just those two mistakes made me decide to bring it back, otherwise, she would've been a keeper.

You have to think creatively, this helmet does more then you may anticipate.
I bought this for a new "face" for a convention. Some pointers. This mask is best utilized while using the app on your phone and the mask while on.To save custom designs to the mask, you must have it powered on and linked via Bluetooth.DIY design portal has a "gallery" icon where you can use your custom pre saved designsDIY works alot like old-school lightbrite. Pro tip: the app doesn't support screen rotation, so if you rotate your phone counterclockwise 90° the controls are basic, functional, and best used w a stylus. You can type in the DIY area or create designs. To change design soft settings you first want to link to Bluetooth, have mask on, enter diy, select your settings, ( blink, wave up, wave down, speed, etc ) then select your design.Helmet will default to whatever your past design is when powered on next if not connecting to bluetooth.Music feature ties into music physically on your phone in your storage, not functional w Spotify or other apps that I've found yet.Works well with a balaclava.

Not worth the money
I loved the lights, it’s pretty cool but honestly even in a well lit area it is so hard to see I had to lift it and wear it like a hat for most of the evening. The attached lights also came loose pretty quick, if it wasn’t so dark it would be cooler.
