how much roe is in a capsule? a tsp? half a tsp?

The bottle info indicates 500 mg per capsule or 2000 mg per dose of 4 capsules. I would guess from the size of the capsule that MAYBE the quantity would be 1/2 a teaspoon but I don’t know for sure. (My present bottle is empty and I’ve not yet reordered. According to the Internet a teaspoon would hold about 5000 mg of dry powder but I’ve never opened a capsule to see the density of the fish eggs material.)

Are these non-defatted?

The label states that they contain Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), which is the whole point in taking them. So it seems clear that they are rich in fatty acids.

What are the amounts of each vitamin? Percentage and g/mg of vitamin A, EPA/DHA, vitamin D, vitamin E?

The label does not specify. All it says is that there are 2,000mg per serving (4 capsules) of the fish eggs. It does state that the fish eggs are a naturally occurring source of Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.

Could you tell me more about your low heat process? I like your price better then ancestral supplements for fish eggs, but the dont heat product.
