I leave it on for 30mins to cover my grey hair which is shoulder length but still has a lot of natural colour. I do my roots first using a tail comb then gradually take it to the ends of my hair. don't forget to use the conditioner. **Q: Is this ok to use again after only 1 month? I am actually allergic to peroxide. Ensure, that you use the gloves supplied. You could put Vaseline on your ford! This would prevent the product going on your face.
