These are a tad bit bigger than I expected, though they're relatively easy to swallow since the are a softgel. Overall, I'm seeing good results with my health, wound healing, and lab levels and have been impressed with the quality of this supplement. They are made in the U.S., and the lab testing ensures I'm getting what I pay for consistently. I'm getting good results and will continue to use this supplement.
