Kevin Bacon's Hoof Solution 150 Milliliter

I’ve been using this to treat a long standing issue with soft soles and thrush. It seems to have helped as the farrier remarked on the improvement since his last visit - although I have been using it in conjunction with Farriers Friend Hoof Health Spray as it is rather expensive for a very small bottle. In fact I nearly cried when I accidentally knocked the bottle over. However if it continues to be effective it’s worth it. Since writing the original review I have updated the stars to 5, because as expensive as it is for a small bottle, it worked fantastically well and cleared the thrush as well as hardening the soles.

I used it to kill thrush in TB hooves which it did in 3 or 4 days. Now use it weekly as prevention alongside the regular kevin bacon dressing. Farrier favourite and nearly everyone on our large livery yard swears by KB products. So worth the money

This product is amazing. My horse's hooves are not brilliant, but Kevin Bacon products have made a huge difference. Thoroughly recommend.

I would say more of a preventative rather than a treatment. Didnt do any good for my horses! Disappointed considering its £20+ for small bottle.

Ma jument a fait un abcès dû à une fente au niveau du sabot. Une fois l’abcès percé et soigné, ce produit a permis de garder le sabot sain le temps que le corne repousse et que la fente disparaisse.

Normalerweise bin ich eher ein stiller Leser von Kundenbewertungen aber diesmal bin ich so begeistert, dass ich selber mal eine schreiben muss. 2 Monate lang hatte mein Pferd am Hinterhuf in der mittleren Strahlfurche Strahlfäule. Das vom Hufschmied empfohlene Mittel zeigte keine Wirkung. Auch die Mittel, die ich zusätzlich bestellt habe, brachten keine wirkliche Besserung. Als ich schon kurz davor war, den Tierarzt anzurufen weil die Furche im Strahl immer tiefer wurde fand ich bei Amazon Hoof Solution. Einen letzten Versuch wollte ich aufgrund der guten Kundenbewertungen noch wagen. Die Flasche wurde schnell geliefert und kam unversehrt bei mir an. Nach nur 1 Woche Anwendung (es wurde täglich aufgetragen) war schon eine deutliche Besserung zu sehen. Jetzt, nach 2 wöchiger Anwendung ist der Strahl fäulnisfrei und fest. Ich bin einfach nur froh, dieses Mittel gefunden zu haben. Der einzige Nachteil ist der dicke Pinsel, der am Deckel befestigt ist. Man kommt damit sehr schlecht in eine enge Furche hinein und der Verbrauch ist dadurch auch viel höher. Um die Flüssigkeit sparsamer und gezielter auftragen zu können habe ich den Pinsel abgeschraubt und verwende einen kleineren Pinsel zum auftragen. Ansonsten ein super Produkt das ich gerne weiter empfehle.
