I can vouch for this being legitamite ALCAR. I take it with my preworkout and it helps me not crash post workout. I do take it aswell later and in the mornings in a little attempt to aid the "androgen receptor sensitivity" but the research is limited on that but what I can confirm is that it helps with brain function I get quite the easier energy. I do not experience any appetite control nor weightloss with it. Focus yes I can confirm.
