Best of all the tapes I have tried. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ KT Tape Pro 20 Strip Synthetic Precut Kinesiology Tape *by M***K on 3 June 2026* This tape arrived really quickly, postage was second to none. The tape is durable and does what it's supposed to do, and it does it well if applied correctly. It's also cut into handy strips. I used it on my shoulder and could feel the support. The only problem I had with it, is that it affected my skin after 24 hours, so I had to take it off. It came off easy enough if you lie in a warm bath for a bit then peel it off. I wouldn't fancy just pulling it off without soaking, as it does stick really well. If you don't have any allergies to plasters and the like it should be fine to use.
