So far its great
Received quick, no damage to package, pole saw assembled easily, started quick and ran great. So far it’s great, only time will tell if all stays good. There are other pole saws with good reviews, some have more HP, some have more reach but a lot are “no name” brands and if you have problems in the future you may be SOL with repairs/parts. Troy Bilt has been in business for a long time and they have a lot of repair centers in the US. Just saying, it’s something to think about. Reviews are limited on Amazon for this product, go outside on the web and see other reviews and I think you’ll see for the price this is a good buy. Thanks to those who took the time to read my honest review.

Not a good product
received the pole saw and it was easy to assemble. used it for long enough to get used to using it. 2nd day I went to start it and the choke lever snapped off (possibly damaged in shipping). While it is still possible to start, it should not break on second start. Used again for about three days and now the chain oil is dripping.contacted seller he told me to contact manufacturer, bought an extended warranty and they too told me to contact the manufacturer. The seller does not stand behind what they sell and the extended warranty was a waste of money.
