It was a bit of a pain to fit we needed a few extra adapters ect but once it’s working it’s brilliant! The pressure is so strong even on the lowest setting and I feel so fresh and clean now. Definitely recommend.

I can’t get the hoses to fit anywhere they should as my bathroom seems like ‘jack’ built it but that’s not the bidets fault. I’m hoping to get some advice from a plumber and be able to adapt it somehow/have it fitted. The seller was very helpful and replied straight away to my queries, they have issued a refund which I’m very grateful for and were so apologetic when it’s not their fault my bathroom is fitted in such a way that nothing is accessible. The bidet looks great and I can’t wait to be able to use it. I highly recommend it as I’m sure most people have a normal bathroom and can get round the problems I ran into, I did feed water through it by attaching it to the end of my shower hose and holding it in place with my thumb over the open water hole and adding pressure to see if it works and it does work well so again I do recommend the bidet.

i too a long time deciding to buy one of these and it was difficult because there was not a lot of choice for hot and cold. we fitted it in about 20 mins but we did have the valves already fitted onto the existing pipes that allow you to turn off the hot and cold water. because we had these it was easy to shut the water off and attach. if you don't have these valves i would recommend a plumber does it for you. sadly the toilet pan shape not allow for the nozzle to go fully back even when the bidet fitting is pulled fully forward but when i have tested it , it is still useable. the water pressure is high so i can only use it on its lowest setting - which is still enough. for our first one i am happy with it so will see how it goes.

Would not fit my pipes at all. Got a plumber in, and none of the fittings are UK standard. I'm not sure how other people manage to fit this into their toilets. After conducting another web search, I came across a video from a British plumber mentioning bidet dush, and these bidet toilet seats are not regulation-compliant in the UK. If you really want to confirm with a plumber that you are using the correct bidet attachment, seat. I think the better options might be the Japanese toilet seats, but they are much pricier.

My girlfriend had a cold water bidet, after getting used to it (even in winter when its a bit of a shock) i realised how much toilet paper i waste. Brought this for my house, and with zero plumbing expertise, installed in 5 minutes. (It's literally 2 pipes that need to be screwed onto the hot and cold valves once you've shut your water off). Easy to use (self explanatory dials), warm water is great for winter and cold good for summer even if you need to freshen up. Well worth the price and you'll get your money back in 6 months from using barely any toilet roll.

I bought this during the toilet paper shortages of the pandemic (strange as we manufacture toilet paper in my country), and it did not disappoint! Its like a cross between a water canon and waterboarding on my clit, but that's ok because I feel fabulously clean. 5 stars* all the way!!! NB. I used to look forward to hooking it up to the hot water supply but to hell with that; its great just the way it is. NB 2. Its better on an old fashioned 'wingnuts and bolts' lid as the new (pish button) soft closing ones are too short in the integrated bolt to take this plus the lid.

the unit fitted ok looks very good (photo supplied , hot water fitting supplied will not fit had to purchase a plastic push tee 15mm equaliser £2.79 a compression 8mm reducer £2.69 ,with the hot water supply. works very good ,as for the cold water supply pipe to short, purchased a longer pipe on amazon .com £9.64 still waiting for delivery (USA) (photo of hot water connection)if fitting had been correct would have been 5 star. have fitted cold water hose (from Amazon.com USA) toilet sisten fitting very good ,all finished works perfect, pity about hot water fitting and cold hose too short

Very easy to fit and use can be used with just cold water if you want or just have a cold supply. The only thing I would say would be that the cold water pipe supplied could have been longer or more like the hot water supply pipe. Which is what I used it for.

This bidet is perfect. We had purchased one earlier from another retailer, and it was broken in a few months. I like that the controls are close, rather than out further from the toilet, which was the case with the first one we had. So far, very pleased with this purchase, and would recommend without question

This bidet was very easy to install, only took my husband about 40 minutes to install because we hook it to hot water and had to drill a little hole. It's sprays where it's supposed to (front or back) and it gets you clean. Great quality product for the small price. No leakage and it looks great.
