VIVO Steel 65 inch Decorative Modern Beveled Frame Designed for 2021-2022 Samsung The Frame TV, Picture Hanging Style, Quick Install, Black, COVER-SG65F

Purchased this a while ago. Putting it together was super simple with the allen screws. It goes on (and off) the TV very simply. Ran it black (as ordered) for a few months. It looked nice but had a glossier look than we wanted. Good news, a little self-etching primer and some spray paint we landed on a new look we love. Really shows off the frames nice shape.

Customer service is very good and responsive. I wish it offers more colors not just black.It's much cheaper then other vendors.Over all I like it.

Be careful of this frame. Mine came really scratched and missing some of the key parts to put it together which was frustrating. It’s big and difficult to return.

Edit: Updated Review 11 Months LaterMy original review below held true for approximately 6 months. Although slowly and slowly our Samsung remote started to not work? I tried charging it and it didn't help. It worked seldom if you got it 1" from the TV. I kind of gave up and just started using my phone as the remote (which works very very well, but I would like to have a physical remote when my phone is dead or plugged in).Today (4/30/2024) I was looking for a new remote and I remember someone stating that the frame/bezel messed with their remote. I don't know how it would, and why it would randomly get worse over time? But I just popped the frame/bezel off and what do you know - the remote worked perfect. Honestly I can't believe the solution was as simple as removing it. Some people said it scratched their TV upon removal: I did have the tiniest scratch in the top corner but you can't notice unless you're inspecting it. Just be careful when you're removing it, and don't rip it off.One or two other people have stated it interfered with their wifi connection; I don't think that's possible because the "brain" of the tv is the box. Although, I have no clue how it's possible that my remote would slowly stop working. So, I suppose I'll have to wait and see.Original Review Below (June 2023)This is fantastic for the price. It does cover the light/motion sensor, but we don't use it anyway. Wish there were more colors, but would be very easy to paint. Snapped on very easy. No issues using the remote with it.Yes instructions are poor, but it's pretty easy to figure out. Would probably take 5-10 minutes with better instructions, took me about 20-25 minutes with the ones provided. Just pay attention to the detail of the pictures.I would like one a little wider and maybe with designs, if they made some like that at a higher price point I would buy in a heartbeat. $300-$600 for the other frames is insane; I'm glad they made this one. Hard to find though, doesn't immediately show up on Amazon or Google when searching for frames. I'm pretty confident you could cut a small cutout for the motion sensor with a dremel, we don't use it or have IR issues so haven't tried yet. Will update if we do.Bottom line: works as it should, pretty easy to assemble, incredibly easy to install, worth every penny. Fits my 65" 2022 great.

Well worth the price!

It was a little tricky to get out to snap onto the screen, but I got it to work. It does block the sensor on the tv like other non-samsung fans. I took the advice of another reviewer and use a philips hue motion sensor to turn the screen on and off. But it still doesn't do the auto change of brightness. Just something you have to deal with. It's a basic frame, but does add to the overall tv.

Product is good but make control signal loose range

I really liked the quality and the look n feel of the product. It fits my 65” Samsung Frame TV (2022 model) perfectly. I wanted to give it a five star. But there is one critical problem- the frame blocks the TV’s motion/light sensor so the TV cannot turn on itself by detecting motion or light. Its not Compatible with the frame TV.Sent questions to VIVO about this issue. Not hearing their response yet and plan to return it.
