It’s easy to assemble it with the instruction. The grill worked great. I don’t have to prepare a lot just connect to the outlet even with a portable battery, which makes it so convenient. It’s easy to clean compared to regular grills. We love it so far.

Heating element does not work. Amazon needs to do something to assist its patrons who have experienced problems with this product. I am pissed that I am out $100 on a brand new item that does not work. What is going on. I plan to contact the better business bureau and file a report with them and anyone else I can think of.

I used it today and it cooks like a real grill

Whoever thought this was easy to assemble is delusional. It took almost 2 hours for simple things because you first have to take the washers and the wing nuts off one at a time, put the piece on then put them back in place. The lid bracket was a little tricky.

Good value...I wish it had a longer cord, & a bit hotter burner

Great patio grill,,,,could get 16 hamburger patties, or 8 pork chops, 3 ham steaks,5 regular Rib Eye steaks,,,on grill at same time,,,very little smoke,,,,great buy

I had to retire my electric grill after 8 years; this model is EXACTLY THE SAME as the one I tossed. I couldn’t believe my luck. For $100 it’s a steal. Reliable, durable, easy to assemble. Only reason for buying a new grill was that, after 8 years of use, the old one began to leak in places. The new one is on my balcony right now. My highest endorsement for this product.

Just the perfect size for me love it.

The electrical cord is only 2 pronged and not compatible with all 3 prong outlets. I had a very hard time getting it in. And now it won't at all
