Crudigno Organic Argan Oil
Very pleased with the purchase of the Argan oil, I required it for a recipe for Lamb tajine and had difficulty in obtaining it in and around where I live. They all had the small bottles which people are using for hair and cosmetic purposes but not the oil for culinary use. Although it is expensive it was delivered the very next day and was well packaged so there was no risk of breakage. It is excellent and gave the lamb tajine an authenic taste. I would have no problem in recommending both the product and company.

As described
Good quality oil, as described and fast delivery. Has a lovely flavour and makes a change from extra virgin olive oil in dressings.

Real good stuff!
I saw a TV programme about a co-operative of Moroccan women grinding the argan nuts into a paste by hand to extract the oil. Usually the nuts are eaten by goats who climb the trees to browse, and then the nuts are collected from their dung. I think this oil comes from the women and not the goats. It sounds to me that an argan nut must have the consistency of an olive pit! It's full of vitamin E and some other special plant chemicals apparently. It smells toasted, but this company specialises in organic oils, and, according to Crudigno, this is the raw oil from a first cold pressing of argan nuts. There's a load of argan oil on the Internet for cosmetic purposes, but this is the only one that I could find that's food grade. No problem if you want to use it cosmetically as well. In Morocco they seem to use it for adding to cooking and salad dressing, and for hair dressing and skin.Amazon's price is very good.

RANCID
This product came with less than three months expiry date. Seller: Amazon.Waste of money as noticed it way too late and couldn't get a refund.

Nutty flavour
I first came across Argan Oil at my local market. It isn't cheap but it is tastier than olive oil as it has a lovely nutty flavour as opposed to olive oil's bitter taste. I take one or two teaspoonful a few times a week just on its own. Lovely! The only thing I didn't like was the unnecessarily huge packaging the bottle has arrived in.

Smells roasted
This oil tastes LOVELY on salads ! However , im not sure if i like the fact that its toasted . It smells very much like roasted nuts. Ive read that roasted argan oil looses its nutrients in the roasting process, so I'm not sure if I can use this product for my skin and hair. It doesn't have the same smell or consistency of my John MAsters Organic Argan oil . I shall see how it goes

Lovely Nutty smell, rich oil.
I am using this for my skincare but it smells lovely and nutty, fantastic value as a moisturizer but quite expensive if you were using it as a cooking oil.
