This spice is sold in a lot of shops in South Africa and is very popular. There are many different spices by Ina Paarman but this one and a few others are the most popular ones. Excellent seasoning for all sorts of different foods from meats to roasted vegetables

I like to sprinkle this spice on roast vegetables as well as adding it to chicken and lamb. It is versatile and very tasty. This is a mixture that does not require you to add extra salt. The container is plastic and it has a large opening at the top as well as quite large holes for easy sprinkling. I think it is good value for money as it is a large container (200ml) and you only need a little bit of this spice to make your dish really taste great.
