Great butterfly home
This was a perfect home to raise monarchs in. It also comes with coupon for other butterflies to raise which I will use this year. Nice learning materials on the different stages of butterflies.

Durable and useful! Educational!
Perfect! Cannot wait to order our butterflies but we have to wait until spring! It is a great size and easy to use and see in. We caught a lizard over Christmas and this secured it well. Would buy this again in the future

WOW
This is the real deal... Purchase yours today and give those kiddos a science lesson they will love! I love the idea of this being so hands on and so easy for the kiddos to be able to complete on their own. My son grew butterflies and was so amazed at the process they go to become a beautiful butterfly. This can be a great buy for A Bible lesson as well. How we change when we allow the spirit of Christ in. As a teacher you can use this for so many things and it's fun, easy to assemble and great quality and design.

Good idea, and fun for the children.
It’s great. Children enjoy taking care of them. Very fun idea, the only thing is I did not expect, that they charge you for S&h and it’s $11 bucks. I just wish they were clear on extra cost. Total price came down to $30 I hope it helps to someone to be prepared pay extra.

It would take longer than expected but it was totally worth it!
I bought the Butterfly Growing Kit because I wanted a fun and educational project to do with my 5-year-old (and baby around!) during our winter break. The mesh habitat is cute and easy to set up, and my daughter loved decorating the feeder with the included stickers. Watching the caterpillars grow into painted-lady butterflies was absolutely magical — seeing nature in action right in our living room. The learning guide and poster added a nice educational layer, explaining the life cycle of butterflies in a kid-friendly way. A couple of things to note: the voucher for the live caterpillars requires additional shipping and is limited to the contiguous United States. Also, you’ll need to choose a location with stable temperature (not direct sun or draft) for best results. Overall, I highly recommend this kit for families looking to combine fun, creativity and learning — especially for kids ages 4 and up. A great gift that brings nature indoors.

Wonderful Educational Activity for the Whole Family!
This was a fantastic and engaging experience for our entire family. My children were fascinated by observing the full life cycle of the caterpillars from tiny larvae, to pupae, and finally to butterflies. We successfully hatched all six caterpillars. It appears they include an extra one or two to account for any mishaps during shipping, which is thoughtful. I highly recommend doing a bit of research beforehand, as each stage can be surprising if you're unfamiliar with the process. It's important to note that caterpillars will shed their skin multiple times as this is completely normal and not a cause for concern. When they begin to pupate, they will attempt to hang from the top of the container. During this stage, avoid shaking or disturbing the container. If any pupae fall, you can gently place them on a paper towel inside the provided habitat. Once the butterflies emerge, they will excrete a red liquid called meconium. While it may look like blood, it's simply leftover fluid from their development and is perfectly normal. Allow the butterflies a few hours to rest before releasing them outdoors. Overall, this was a fun, hands-on learning experience and a great way to teach kids about metamorphosis in a memorable way. Highly recommended for families!

Butterflies are beautiful
OK, so this was so much fun! I am an adult and I bought this! Obviously, I know it’s for kids, but I just love butterflies, and I thought that this would be a fun project for me in the spring which it was! Super easy instructions, and it would be great for kids because it has a little educational booklet that you can follow along with, and Learn things about butterflies and how they build their cocoons and how they go from caterpillars to butterflies. it’s pretty interesting actually! When this arrived, it had a voucher coupon code that I then used to type in to the website where I purchased the caterpillars and then I received them. I think seven days later , everything worked so smoothly with that website as well. It took me a total of five minutes to find the voucher go to the website and purchase the caterpillars. It’s really great if you like having goals to look forward to and it’s something very interesting to learn, and you get to see the process!
