This Cooking chorizo has a medium hot smoky taste. Excellent for stews and soups and also for beans, chickpeas or omelets. From Galicia, northern Spain,this is possibly the best smoked chorizos available. Made simply using sweet paprika, pork and a little beef, salt and garlic. Can be sliced and eaten as they are, but more usually used sliced in pasta sauces or casseroles, or as a hot tapa with some crusty bread.
