KEPLIN Ceramic Desk Heater, 500W, Electric Low Energy Consumption for Home & Office, Mini Portable Plug-in, Adjustable Thermostat Space Heater with Overheat & Tip-Over Protection (White)

What a great little heater this is !! I wanted something for my workstation now its colder but not anything big or intrusive , but this fan heater is perfect and pumps out seriously good adjustable heat for its size , and being so portable I can put it somewhere it wont hinder me working , and its got a safety button on the bottom so if it gets knocked over it'll cut the connection so a great safety bonus. I only received it 45mins ago and I love it already so cant wait to get it to work and set up ready to warm me up after the joutney in. Definitely recommend purchasing one of these.

works beautifully

I was surprised with the heat output from this heater, much hotter than I expected without any glowing elements, with the advantage of a safety tip-over cutoff - the heater stops working if it is knocked over. There is a dial that, in the description, is described as a 'Speed Control', but it doesn't control the speed of the fan speed at all. It is actually a thermostat setting which turns of the heater if the temperature in front of it it reaches a certain level. If you stand too close to it trying to warm your hands up with the dial on a low setting it will soon turn off. This is not a problem, just turn the dial to a higher setting. Overall, it's a pretty good, in fact, very good fan heater for the price. 👍

Great heater that warms up quickly just expensive to run

THE GOOD: This heater is only 500W so can't be expected to heat a huge space, but works well for a small room or a camper. It's also absolutely tiny and lightweight so great for a desktop or vehicle. As a fan heater it is quite noisy when running. It's also got a tipover switch which automatically cuts off the heat if it falls over. The body is only plastic so won't be particularly durable, but I've had no issues and it contributes to the light weight too. THE BAD: The thermostat dial isn't very effective because it has a large 'deadzone' - in other words if it gets up to temperature and clicks the heat off, the room has to get quite a lot colder before it turns on again. Still, at only £15 it's great value. I would alternatively consider a small oil-filled radiator, which would be much quieter but a bit larger.
