White - A3 - Rainbow Colour Range Picture/Photo/Poster frame with Perspex Sheet & an MDF backing board

The frames were not A3 as advertised and therefore I could not use them for the intended purpose (framing three A3 posters) as there was still some of the backing board visible and it looked rubbish.Really disappointed and unimpressed particularly as the seller has said I can only return if unopened (obviously 1 of the 3 has been opened which is how i know it's about half a centimetre longer than A3). Additionally I would have to pay the postage to return the remaining 2 which will probably cost me more in terms of time, energy and money than the frames.Going to donate them to a charity shop instead and hope they are of use to someone (although the quality also isn't great).

Plus side - they are cheap and functionalNegatives - The are not the size stated which is big issue if you have bought them to frame something of a size that requires the dimensions to be correct. Sold as 16" x 12" actual dimensions 17.25" x 13.25". In my case this would leave the hardboard backing board showing behind my mounted prints.

I’m really pleased with the frames I purchased just what I needed for my little girls room the perspex is so clear it looks like proper glass. One of my frames was slightly damaged but was replaced instantly and with no problems. For the value of the frame they are great.

I wanted a good quality picture frame but didn’t want to pay the earth for it it arrived well packaged and upon taking out it seemed really good quality but you could think the Perspex glass is scratched but it’s not it you have to peal the front and protective film off it and it’s perfect was absolutely fine for the picture I needed a frame for it really set it off with a modern look I was so impressed with the quality for the price I have since purchased another 3 for other pictures it’s just as good as something double the price in fact probably better I’m pleased with my purchase

I was asked to leave a review which I don't do so apologies in advance...I wanted this item to house a 'Disney's a new hope' jigsaw for a birthday. I didn't glue the jigsaw intentionally and stupidly messed up which side I put the mounting card in (I personally, finally, opted to go without a central hole in the mounting board) so had to flip it over involving deconstruction (double sided jigsaw showed correct image but again I know it wouldn't pose any problem had it not as I had already flipped it two or three times perfectly happily during both construction and reconstruction and it turned out when done that I had also luckily put the MDF backing in correctly as I stupidly forgot to check the 'hanging hook' was at the top edge of the image (D'uh!) because I didn't even think about it but even had it not though it would have been a doddle to sort with the solid finger-bendable metal 'latches'(??) holding it all to together ).With the perspex being involved in this flipping I ran in to no problems doing that (ie flipping an unglued jigsaw didn't end up all over the floor and I felt confident doing that) so is sturdy enough to do that with I guess and I foresee no problems with the resulting 'product' but only time could tell I guess and it should be remembered I am not exactly using it as intended to begin with and gluing is, I believe, the usual recommendation with jigsaws(but don't quote me on that)...I required no tools nor instructions to assemble, it was all done very satisfactorily within five minutes (including me stupidly messing up my personal project as stated (not the best with words, sorry (again))) and I consider it a very nice result with no fault in presentation though I say here that I don't know the first thing about this kind of stuff, as I say, it was a birthday present otherwise I personally wouldn't have come looking...The dimensions are perfect for my project as they leave an inch (or an inch and a half, sorry I forget) border on each side around the jigsaw. But this picture frame is exactly what I wanted (simple plain black elegance and a lightweight sturdy clear quality perspex screen (which is protected with peel off plastic on both sides which you remove yourself during 'construction'), easy as pie to put together and seems like it will last the course)The recipient had already asked for the muppet side as the Lucas side was very similar to a picture they already have.As I have said (I think!), very pleased.Anyhoo, I hope that ramble helps somebody :o)perfectly happy with product and service, thanks and best wishes. :oD

Purchased the Grey-18" x 12" frameI have a slightly odd shaped item to frame and this was the closest non bespoke size I could find.Picked this frame as the photo showed it as white inside so I could place the item I wanted centrally and was happy to accept the white boarder.It's not got a white insert though, not even a white piece of paper that fits the frame. It's just a brown card backing.Easily fixed by buying some white card and cutting to size but I picked this frame as the picture lead me to believe I wouldn't have to do that.Other than that disappointment the frame is great

Awful. Very disappointed. The plastic was scratched and had a whole and they covered it with a sticker which when peeled off left residue.The plastic is all scratched and has ruined it as a gift.

Very disappointed with this. It’s not grey! It looks like a mucky off white. Definitely a completely different colour to the picture on here! It looks very cheap. I bought it to frame a present for my friends wedding which is this Saturday and now I have to go out of my way to go and get another one tomorrow as this one looks awful! I will be sending it back ASAP
