I do not like minty tea. I am a black and green tea person, and that's it. But I decided to give this tea a shot because I've heard it helps with hormonal acne around the chin. And does it ever! I've been drinking this once a day (I use the tea bag twice) and the cysts I used to feel under the skin on my chin have almost completely disappeared. I have a couple new pimples here and there, but none of the painful cysts I used to get. I am pairing this tea with a benzoyl peroxide topical treatment, so I'm not sure if it's the BP or the tea that's working (or the pair together?) but I'm loving the results. And the minty-ness of this tea isn't too terrible at all. I'm growing to like it, and can definitely put up with it for the skin results I'm seeing. Try it out!

My PCOS ladies, I hear you, I feel you. I’m trying this to combat some of my unwanted hair symptoms and truthfully I really do think I see a difference. I do think its a tad more money but I feel it’s better quality, it’s organic, plus a reputable company so it’s worth it for me. Flavor isn’t bad either!! I thought I’d be choking it down everyday but I honestly look forward to it now!
