I always put a scoop of taurine powder, even if they eat a can of complete cat food, because for what I read, taurine is very safe and there’s no risk of toxicity from too much taurine.

First of all this is the best brand of Taurine I found for my cat as all the rest gave him the trots even in very minute doses.. It is my understanding that cats require taurine adding to their diet if you are feeding them a non complete  cat food and if I remember correctly I was adding a pinch of this product  3 times a day in the food i was making him dissolved in a teaspoon of water and then added to the food. I no longer use it because my cat eventually went back to eating complete food okay but would not hesitate to use it again if I needed to.  I was also confused when reading some of the blurb about this product but as your cat needs taurine I am sure you add it daily to the cat food if the food is not complete.  Also the customer service at AniForte is wonderful so if you still feel you need to speak with someone they are more than happy to help. it will not be complete no, instead of bones you can use crushed egg shell but I don't think there is a substitute for the offal, have you tried blending the offal rather than just giving in chunks, for more info there is a few facebook pages dedicated to raw feeding like cats C.R.A.P meaning cats completely raw and proud, they have a lot more knowledgeable people there hope this helps
