This is one of the worst digital versions of a cookbook that I’ve come across in a very long time. There is no index nor list of recipes, so you basically have to read each chapter as if it’s a novel and that makes it all but useless as a cookbook.I was really interested in trying some new vegetarian recipes, but not at all interested in having to write an index in order to find them.Technology is such that this shouldn’t even be an issue.If you want this book, I suggest getting a print version. The kindle version is a total waste.

I purchased this for my sister who just recently got into cooking, but was struggling with variety on a vegetarian diet. I couldn't be happier that I chose this book out of other options! The meals in here not only thrilled my sister, but were DELICIOUS for the rest of the family as well. The book is full of suggestions on how to make the recipes work for both vegetarians and meat eaters alike, which is a godsend for families who have a variety of dietary restrictions.
