The initial inflating was a long process due to the size of the squeeze bulb.

The gadget works well for neck discomfort. I have purchased two in the past few months that both have blown a hole in them while using. The first I thought was defective somehow and now I know it's the actual device not being made with good material if both have the same issue while using. Searching for the same device only better materials used.

The product works as expected and helps to provide some relief for my neck pain, especially on days when I'm looking down too often without realizing it. The stretcher helps by forcing me to keep my neck up and it's easy to adjust the height that I want. It was a little weird to put on at first but, once it was on, everything else was easy to set up. The fabric feels nice on my skin and I haven't experienced any skin irritation so far. The pump is a little slow to use and releasing the air also takes some time. I kind of wish there was an easier or faster way of releasing the air at least. The product manual does recommend only having it on for about 10-30 minutes each session but I only wore it for about 10 minutes since I was starting to get a headache around that time. I think it might be because I was still new to using the stretcher and could have over-inflated the device. I think I will continue to try and use it to help alleviate my neck pain since I'm fairly happy with the product for now.

If you have grinding vertabrets or severe neck pain from any one of the one hundred ways a neck can kill you, then this may be exactly what your looking for. I've tried everything, and some of the things ive tried have become ritual.. Everything from a brace hung on the door to help separate the top vertabrets, to midevil-esque devices that require you to lay down and stretch out for 30 minute increments do work well, but they are not practical outside of the home.. This on the other hand, serves the same purpose and can be done practically, easily and anywhere you start to feel that burning pinch in your neck. The cushion itself is comfortable and has a soft outer cover that doesn't rash or leave you sweating and it's pump mechanism is smooth so there is no sudden jolts when using it. It's three tiers are well adjusted and make the process of relieving pain simple without causing discomfort. It's two straps keep the cushion secured whether your sitting up or laying back which is gives it a wonderful flexibility that the aforementioned devices can't provide. The hoses are high grade and add yet another aspect of reliability to this incredibley convenient method of pain relief making it without a doubt my preferred method of neck tension release... There are many devices that can temporarily assuage that killing pinch that those of us with sever neck pain know all too well. But when its this simple to use and this effective at its goal, the results say more than I ever could here. And true pain relief speaks the loudest. Excellent for traveling, relaxing at home on the couch or at the computer and of course, relieving the devil that is chronic neck pain.

This is the second one I've bought. Neither one held air for very long and could not be fixed. Don't waste your time.

Do not buy this item if your neck really hurts. This will break after a few uses.
