A must item to reduce swelling after Operation
Needed this for reducing swelling after an operation, they are excellent and really helped reduce the swelling. Easy to freeze and fit well, Velcro is good quality.

Excellent product much better than a flat ice pack or bag of peas ! Fits as per the recommended sizes Pop it in freezer and comes out cold but able to mould it unlike an ice block Easy to use while sitting watching tv

My foot is much better thanks to this wonderful product
I bought this to help reduce foot swelling. With an hour in the freezer it was ready to go, very easy to put on too. The strap held it in place around my ankle nicely. It was a perfect size for me (size 11, wide feet). Very comfortable to wear too. I left it on for 15 mins, then put it back in the freezer for an hour, rinse and repeat. My foot is now much better thanks to this item.

Useful following bunion surgery.
Purchased for my husband to use following bunion surgery. He has found it very useful and soothing to use to aid with swelling a few weeks post op. However, he found it a bit tight to be able to use effectively in the first several days post operation, due to the bandages on his foot. We found it was sufficiently cold to use after a few hours in the freezer and the item appears durable and should be good for many uses.

Amazing product!
Amazing product! Having broken my fibula, tibia, heel bone and dislocated my foot, I came out of cast and had really bad swelling every night. I couldn’t live without this product, it is so comfortable but stays cold and in place with the strap.
