A: Thank you for your question.  There are only three ingredients in our Mini Chips; Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter.  Xanthan gum is not used.

**Q: How many grams of sugar per serving? And what is the serving size?**
A: Total Sugars 7g, Includes 7g Added Sugars = 14%        Serving size 1 Tsbp  (15g)     80 calories per serving

First of all these chocolates are hard to find in a grocery store. I found this company on Amazon and they are wonderful. My order arrived in the hot summer. The company had taken the time to pack this product with ice packs so that they would not melt. They went beyond to make sure my product got to me safely.
