Consistently packaged badly for shipment!
Every delivery, EVERY delivery has an issue! Always the same- broken bottles, because of incompetent packaging processes. The product itself is not the problem otherwise I wouldn’t keep reordering. It’s a five star quality item in every other way.

NO BROKEN BOTTLES
NOT ONE BOTTLE WAS BROKE THIS TIME D/T THE ENTIRE CASE OF BOTTLES HAVING A THICK SHRINK WRAP OF PLASTIC AROUND THEM. THE GRAPEFRUIT FLAVOR WAS GREAT AND BUBBLY AS EXPECTED. I'M IMPRESSED.

Delicious. Packing is hit or miss
Delicious! Shipping is hit or miss, mostly a miss lately with a giant box and a single sheet of packing paper. In the past the bottles were packed well and did not break.

Great product/very dangerous shipping - glass cutting
The drink itself is great, but bubble wrap for secure shipping is required because broken glass was scattered all over the shipping box. Had to be careful of not to get glass stuck into my fingers/hands.
