These are such a great alternative to solid or gel fuel during a run! They are just straight liquid and go down quickly. If you have a sensitive stomach I wouldn’t just drink it quickly but take a few sips at a time. The lemonade flavor is “ok”, definitely artificial tasting.. almost like if you sprayed some lemon counter cleaner and tasted the mist in the air

Typically gels will upset my stomach but these don’t. They go down super easy because they’re very liquid like. Tastes like super strong lemonade. Very effective, didn’t feel fatigued during my marathon and was overall very pleased with these
