Bought to use on my daughters gymnastics bar to cushion her hips. Works perfectly. Stays on outside in the spring rain and is holding up fine too. Does make a squeaking sound as she spins but at least she's not got bruises hips anymore!

I decided to purchase one of these for myself as we only have a handful of them in the gym and I always end up having to wait to use them. I had previously bruised my hips trying to do hip thrusts with no padding. This is a great product, lightweight, and the additional pair of straps means it really stays on close for hip thrusts. Without the straps, the pad is liable to pop off the bar when using heavy weights.

This is brilliant and a must have accessory for a gym lover. Means I don’t have to hunt around the gym and I have one to hand when I most need it.

El color es menos chillón que el de la imagen pero está súper lindo. Es resistente y de buena calidad, y si vienen las blanditas para que no se abra. Lo recomiendo.

Perfect. Stiff enough to still maintain good balance and support, soft enough to ease the weight of the bar on your shoulders. Medium/high density id say, not like a pillow. More like a stiffly cushioned couch. The foam pad seems like its quality material and decent grip. Its versatile as you can use it for benchpress as well, as a precautionary measure in case you drop the bar on your chest or need to rest it on yourself. Without this it can be straight up dangerous without a spotter. The pad has a slot to easily install on the bar and two nice velcro straps with what seem like stainless steel loops for the straps. Matches my green bar too which is kind of cool.
