This product is Kosher, and the symbol can be found on the back of the packaging. It is under the supervision of the Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Union.

How long does this stay shelf stable, unopened?

To clarify, It is supposed to be good for one year, unopened, from the date of production, so with shipping, warehouse and/or store shelf storage, I have always figured 3-6 months from purchase. I buy these multi-packs regularly, go through them easily in that time frame, and have never had any issues. Hope this helps
