I bought these to stengthen my hand muscles because of impending arthritis based on advice by my doctor, who explained that in such circumstances one needs to strengthen the "scaffolding" (muscles) to support the frame (bones & joints). I can't tell you if / how well these have worked because I've also had cortisone injections and so the improvements in pain reduction may be due to this, but I will follow my doctor's recommendation and continue to use them.I'm only using the blue eggs as they have the most resistance, but I would recommend a conversation with a professional (physiotherapist or your GP) to determine if these are likely to benefit and how they shpuld be used.

I bought these for my mother as therapy balls. The toughest of the 3 is a lot tougher than I thought it would be - I can see it being quite good as a grip-strengthener. My mother likes the softest one the most which I think is best as a stress ball, fidget toy, therapy ball or light strengthener. I've purchased two packs so she can have one in each hand without any imbalance from using non-matching balls. I've taken the toughest ones for myself as an exercise ball. The balls are strong and well-built, and they feel nice to hold and squeeze. Overall I think they're pretty good and theyre great value for money considering you get 3 for £6.50.

Bought these for my mum to help strengthen her hands, the balls are egg shaped and fit well in the palm of your hand. Each ball has its own resistance level - with the yellow ball being the softest and blue the hardest. A mesh pouch is also provided so you have somewhere to store the balls, it also makes it easier to carry around the exercise balls if you wish to. The only thing I would say was a neagtive is that only one exercise ball for each resistance level is provided, 2 of each (for each hand) would have been better and convienent.

I really didn't buy these for grip strengthening - it was more for therapy for a very fidgety person. These balls are egg shaped and help you relax your hand muscles. The 3 different resistance levels are immediately apparent (the yellow is softest and blue is hardest). The bag to carry them around is a mesh pouch - good enough to keep them together. I would have preferred 2 balls of each type (one for each hand) and also would be good if they were a bit larger (or offered in more sizes) - these are very small for my partner's large paws.

Delivered the day after ordering, excellent value. I am mid seventies and needed to strengthen my hands and fingers, have been exercising for 3 days, 5-10 minutes, and already feel a strength returning to both hand and fingers. The balls are egg shaped for easy hold and came with good instructions. Have now bought some for my granddaughter as they work so well.

Awesome little selection of stress and exercise balls. It comes with a bag and I like the multiple resistant balls. I have been super stressed lately so these are great to use. The price is pretty reasonable and also comes with a guide of multiple exercise suggestions.

Loved these egg stress balls as they really helped my hands a lot and I liked the idea that their was different strengths in each egg balls.

Too small for a man's hand. Needs to be 1-2cm longer
