Omega 3 is in ethyl ester form. It is not clearly mentioned. In fact, Rufus states it is in triglyceride form. Given Dr. MorePen's reputation, I am sure that the capsule is good quality. But I wanted only triglyceride form. I have given a low rating for lack of clarity.
