Vacuum Won't Hold Charge
I purchased the Aiper Seagull Plus on April 30, 2023. I had to return the Seagull Plus two prior times because one of the spring shut doors breaks very easily. The same thing happened again with this third one I got. Now, on June 24, it won't hold a charge. The power indicator light will show a solid blue color, which means the vacuum is fully charged. When it's turned on and placed in the pool, it stays still and powers off. I have had this thing for less than two months. I called customer service, and the automated voice says they are experiencing a high call volume, that they'll call you back, then it the line disconnects. Stay away from this brand. I am out $300 dollars now. The vacuums don't work that well for the money you're paring. UPDATE: I emailed Aiper and they sent me a refurbished model. I've had it for less several months. It initially worked fine. Eventually one of the doors fell off the vacuum. Now it only moves a few feet, then changes direction a few feet, and repeats. Then it dies in the middle of the pool. I would stay away from these vacuums. They are expensive and don't last long. Just my two cents.

Purchased in May, dead by August
Worked great for stirring up the bottom and grabbing debris, but had its issues. does not do great lines because it bounces off the wall when it hits it. but the worst thing was that it stopped working after only 3 months. It was toward the end of the season and everytime I would go to use it the lights were normal, then I put it in the water and it started to go, then just died and sunk, I would have to fish it out and plug it back in to charge but it would indicate that it was fully changed. Then I would repeat the cycle without it working. so I closed my pool and never contacted support but other reviewers say it was useless to contact support. Although I probably wouldn't get this brand again, I did like it when it worked so I will probably find a better brand that similarly cleans.

Quit charging
Unit worked great until it didnt. Used 10 maybe15 times indoors over 2 years and then just quit charging. Customer support offered me $30 off a new unit, not good enough for how expensive these units are.

Not for in ground pools.
This is probably perfect for above ground pools, but this absolutely will not climb from deep to shallow in an in ground pool. The return was easy and painless. I wish I could say the same for their customer service. Don't bother, if your not happy, just return it!

Cleans bottom of the pool
This cordless vacuum does a really good job cleaning the bottom of the pool. Doesnโt go up the sides so you have to sweep it down. It doesnโt take long to charge and will clean the pool for a few hours. Very easy to use and clean.

STAY AWAY!
This is my 3rd one and all three either rusted at the charging port, pieces have fallen off or as of today finally died. No I did not buy three. I bought one, returned it in the first 30 days after the charging port showed signs of rust and stopped charging. I used the refund and got a replacement. Same thing happened (90 days later) but had to call the company and get another replacement under warranty. I've used the third a total of 10 times and while the port hasn't rusted it now stops charging. I live in Florida and require light cleaning for my pool. We don't get alot of dirt and this machine was a complete waste of money. Oh. And I almost forgot. It can't go up slopes. If your pool has a deeper end (mine is 3' shallow to 5' deep end) it will only stay in the deep end.

Great customer service
So we purchased a Seagull SE and had a issue with the unit so we contacted Customer service and we were put in touch with Summer ,she was fantastic solved our problem and shipped out a new unit the same day . The new Seagull Plus arrived 3 days later and is working flawlessly ,it does a great job picking up debris and the battery last as advertised ,very simple to use ...charge ,drop in pool ,lift out when its done and empty, recharge and its ready to do its job the next time . This Seagull Plus sure saves the hassle of dragging out the old Vac hose and standing there for 30 min scrubbing the bottom of the pool by hand . Try one you'll love it .

Not perfect, but very good, until it dies..... see UPDATEs
Update: The unit is 1 month old and is dead (July 1). Have not used it in 5 days so charged it over night. Put in pool minutes ago and it worked for 30 seconds and stopped dead. Hoping I can get through to Customer Service. Video attached. Update 2: (July 3) Phone number on their website does not work..... Email address does work. I am being sent a replacement cleaner and a return authorization for the return of the broken one. Stay tuned. Update 3: Customer support has called me and set up a free return of my defective cleaner (which I sent via UPS 2 days ago). They have assured me that a replacement was sent out yesterday (July 6). They made many phone calls to me and many emails. So, they are trying to make this situation right. Stay tuned and see how the replacement cleaner works out..... Update 4: Heard from Customer Support today (July 11) that the replacement was NOT sent out to me last week like they said. Back-ordered until at least July 20 now! It would appear that maybe August is when I will get it. I could order another one on Amazon and have it tomorrow...... Looks like half of my pool season will be without my new automatic cleaner. Hope the new unit works and no warranty claims are needed as it will only see about 1 month of use when/if I get it..... Update 5: Customer service emailed and told me that they would refund my entire purchase price so that I could order a new one on Amazon and have it tomorrow (July 13) instead of having to wait until August. Stay tuned to see if the refund comes through without issue. Update 6: Ordered and received new unit through Amazon. It works exactly as the original unit. Same shortcomings with my pool. No worries. Aiper refunded me my original purchase price but NOT the shipping costs. So I am out $12.99 from the original purchase. Update 7. Replacement unit was delivered on July 13 and has worked fine 2 to 3 times per week since. That was until today when it died on me in the exact same matter as the first unit I bought earlier this summer. I have started a new dialogue with Aiper and we shall see where this goes. 2 units purchased this swim season and both have died. I will not be buying a third unit. I have a small non standard shaped sports pool that is about 12 feet by 26 feet with 2 very slight slopes. This cleaner does a very good job. It consistently misses the same two spots in the pool but collects everything else. I simply use my brush prior to starting and brush the dirt from these 2 spots. I believe that the angles of my corners cause the missed spots. All in all itโs a good investment and a time saver. We are happy we bought it.

Great product - update it's been 3 months..it's dead - update
Honestly had my doubts about this vacuum, but it does work well. It goes up our incline in the pool which is more than the advertised 15 degrees it can do. It doesn't always go up, but it does sometime if it has a full run at the slight incline from the deep end to the shallow. It picks up all the dirt, sand and bugs, no problem. The only negative is that when pulling it out of the pool with the grab handle (included) It will tilt the machine vertically and if you're not doing it quickly, you'll see a lot of the dirt and stuff fall out of the flap on the front of the machine. If the grab handle was in the center of the machine it would probably mitigate this. Or you can go in the pool and pick it out yourself. Otherwise I really do like this machine and it works really well! Update 1: it is now sept.11. I received and used this on may 25th for the first after following the instructions to charge it etc. Yesterday I tried to use it. It turns on but won't move and then sits at the bottom of the pool until it shuts off. Can't figure out how to contact customer service. Update 2: on Sept. 15 I received a replacement refurbished unit right away. They sent it overnight. Customer service was great. They provided a return label and I had to drop off the broken unit. So far the new unit works great. Hopefully this one lasts..but now we are closing the pool so I'm hoping the warranty is equally is good in the spring next year when we re open the pool.

Not worth it even at the low price....
I was very hopeful and excited about the robot vacuum - I have an in ground curved pool - it would kind of even go up the sides of the pool - but the robot only goes back and forth (it does not move in all directions which is not good) - it goes back and forth in same direction only and would seem to always find the deepest part of the pool and just go back and forth in the exact same spot over and over for ever until I got the hook and moved it - but eventually it would find it's way back to that one spot and stay in the deepest part of the pool and go back and forth over and over and not go in any other direction or any other spot. My in-home robot vacuum goes in all directions and covers the whole house - why would Aiper only have vacuum go back and forth in same direction for whole pool? Why does it seem stay in the deepest part of pool and not move over as its supposed to to cover the whole floor? I was going to keep the vacuum as it's a good price and I decided I would just have to monitor it while it works and move it everytime it would stay stuck in that one spot in the deepest part of the pool. But after only 2 weeks the whole thing did not work - first light red and would never turn green to show a charge - then no light at all and no power. Luckily I could return it and got my $460 back from Amazon! I spend $1000 on a Polaris - it goes in all directions, up the walls fully, and is not battery operated but plug in which is better (more power, less problems in future with battery) and it's been 3 weeks now with the Polaris and it seems to be a Cadillac compared to the Aiper.

Works fine
Easy to assemble and disassemble. The charging indicator lights up red at first, then flashes green, and when fully charged, lights up solid green. My above ground pool is 21 in diameter, so I didn't change anything in the setup to change the trajectory. The cleaner runs all over the bottom, sometimes freezes. Successfully picks up fine dust from flowering plants from the bottom, but the dust does not always settle in the cleaner's filter and may remain in the water to be filtered later by a stationary sand filter. To check how the cleaner works with large leaves, I have to wait for autumn. When cleaner is running I stop dump.

Died after 16 months
Bought the Seagull Plus in June of 2023 for our above ground 24 foot round pool. The vacuum worked well for picking up small debris, leaves, bugs, etc. Just toss it in and leave it for about 90 minutes. Worked so well I talked two of my friends and a family member into buying an Aiper vacuum (Seagull SE). Unfortunately, the unit started beeping while charging, the charge light on the unit flickered strangely, and then it would not turn on when the power button was moved to the on position. It does however randomly decide to turn itself on and/or beep while sitting in the corner of the room with the power button turned off (see attached picture with light on although switch is off). I had purchased the extended warranty through Amazon, but since there are no service centers in my area, I am now being forced to find an appropriately sized box, fill out some paperwork, find a UPS location to drop it off, and send it to Ontario where it will be either repaired (I have my doubts given the array of issues it's having), or they'll reimburse me with an Amazon gift card which won't cover the cost of a comparable model as the model I have is no longer available. Not impressed.
