Does exactly as advertised. You can charge with usb or leaving it in the sun. The light is decent and bright and lasts a good amount of time in one charge.

This little beauty charges with next to no sun, and lasts many, many hours. A very solid unit. You can also charge from the wall.

Amazing, highly recommend this product is beyond my expectations. After the power down throughout Spain & Portugal we felt we should venture into solar power land. After much research, comparisons and reading reviews thought I'd give this one it's highly reactive to solar charging, gives long lasting free power, versatile for indoor or ourdoor use, ease of use & lightweight to carry around hang yet solid enough to stand sturdily, not cheap plastic item well built with just the right amount of light adjustability. Great as a night light lowest setting or for doing crafting highest setting . Great item highly recommend.

What a fantastkc solar light! Even when it is over cast it charges. Love the desgb of how it xharges . Only had it a week, so can't say how long it will last but good for now and a better option than the other one I bought and had to send back. So all rather happy

There's been hardly any sun in the UK but I left this lamp open on a bright day. It didn't charge much, if at all but this could be due to weak sunlight. It takes a long time to charge via mains electricity BUT when it is charged, it's a lovely lamp with a range of intensities + is easy to alter. I love it. I've charged my smartphone up using the power bank; it seems to do the job. If the summer arrives in the UK, I'll try solar charging again.

The unit itself it lightweight, well designed and has a handy velcro strap to hang it from. I've had the unit for over a month now and use it in the evenings in our front room instead of using the main light to try and save on electricity usage (which seems to be working looking at the smart meter in the hallway). I charged it overnight using the mains when I first got it and deliberately didn't try to charge it again to get an idea on how long it would last for us - it worked out just under 12 nights (died about an hour before going to bed on the last night) using it about 6 hours a night on the lowest light level setting. Now, instead of recharging it when it dies, I just open it up and put it in the bay window every couple of days to top up the charge and haven't had to use the electricity to charge it since (very handy). It's very easy to use as just a soft touch of the recessed button turns it on and off - to make it brighter/dimmer then you just have to hold your finger on the button till you reach the desired light level. Personally, I think it has been a very good value for money purchase, and will consider buying more in the future for other areas of the house.

Cracking piece of kit so I bought another. Lightweight and lights up a room as well as a normal light would. Helps save on electric if needed to. Update 2nd may 2026 Left outside to charge using solar panels, worked a treat. The rain poured and when retrieved from outside, the battery compartment was full of water. Have cleaned out and item still functional but would have expected it to have some kind of protection around the electrical parts. Still works though so good on that score.

Sehr schöne und ausreichend helle (Not-)Lampe für alle Fälle (oder eben auch Camping). Die Solarpanels laden bereits, obwohl sie kaum 1cm auseinander geklappt wurden. 6000mAh dürften recht lange reichen, das müssten wir erst noch in Erfahrung bringen. Ein LED-Indikator gibt Auskunft über den Akkuzustand. Das Licht ist warm weiß und blendet keineswegs, egal wo man steht oder sitzt. USB-C (Aufladen z.B. mittels einer Powerbank oder Netzadapter); USB-A Port (Ausgang 5V - 1A) ermöglicht das Anschließen externer Geräte. Wir haben unsere Freude dran und können die Lepwings Campingleuchte nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
