I like this sit-up bar, it really helps me focus on building core strength when doing sit-ups rather than using momentum. It has dual suction cups which hold strong to a smooth floor to provide a solid anchor. I also find it helps relieve pressure on my back whether I’m doing situps, twists, etc. The gap for the foot is adjustable to fit different foot sizes or to compensate for if I’m wearing shoes or not. It is easy to bring out when I need and put away.

It will not stick to the floor, no matter how much i clean the floor, and it says place your knee on it to help get it to stick to floor; nothing works. Piece of crap

If you're into exercising at home like we are, you're going to love this because it helps you execute a proper set up safely. That truly is key to. Getting the best out of an exercise and also keeping yourself safe from lower back or abdominal strain. We're not exactly small people so I was surprised in a good way at how well the suction cups held with us doing several reps in a row of sit-ups. Compact. Love the fact that we can put this behind the couch when we're done and no one even notices it.

I think this is a good product I just don’t like that after the fourth sit up the suction comes off the floor and that’s dangerous. Wish it had better suction other than that I like it

Arrived 2 days late which is pretty typical these days for Amazon Prime. Easily assembled. Suctioned to the floor easily. Stayed there for 6 sit-ups. ‼️SIX‼️ Flip the levers, reposition, set the suction levers and nope - doesn’t stick to the floor. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. I got more exercise jacking with it than actually using it. At least it was cheap 🙄 and hopefully returnable.

I had no problem following the directions to attach it to my tile floor. That was about 1 month ago and it is still fastened very securely to the floor. The up/down adjustment for the bar that holds your feet in make it easy to adjust and get fairly comfortable. Now I just need to be motivated to use it more than I have been! 😆

worked only about 2 times before the suction stopped working. I'm using on tile floors so it shouldnt had any issues

I really love this product. It is smaller than expected but surprisingly I like it better. It sticks very well to tile but no other floor.

Tu cochinada de herramienta que vendes es pésimo, desde el primer día que lo compre no fijan bien en el piso, muy mala calidad.... no lo recomiendo y no gasten su dinero es este producto!!!!

J'ai dû retourner il y avait un défaut dans la tige verticale mais un très beau produits quand même à suivre...

Nunca pude pegarlo, si llego a pegarse al piso, no duraba ni 1 minuto
