I purchased this for my photo studio. I had very high hopes (even though this product is flagged as a product often returned). In my mind, I said maybe mine won’t be bad. Wrong!!!Pros:* the curtain is the best part of this productCons:* the screws were out of their package all over the box when I opened it. Not sure if I even received all. Come to learn there was a plastic bag that was open on both ends. (See photo)* notices the crescent bars were rusted at the connector parts (see photo)* the instructions made no sense whatsoever. None of the parts are labeled A, B, or C. So you just have to look at what they sent to try to figure out which part they are referencing. (See photo)* we did our best to attempt to assemble. The curtain weighs down the top part and it leans. Not to mention we couldn’t figure out how to connect the top center part so I put gaffers table on it to hold it together. I’m guessing we installed upside down but even if we turned it the other way, there wasn’t way to connect it. (See photos)Conclusion:* Returned immediatelyRecommendation:* Believe the reviews and avoid this product.

Purchased this a few months ago and it has become part of my regular routine. Putting it together was relatively quick and easy. The poles screw together which makes them very sturdy. There are several windows so you don't feel closed in and allows me to watch my favorite show while steaming.My biggest complaint is the description of the size. This is a 2 person sauna if and only if you are tiny. I am not...lol. It is a very comfortable and spacious 1 person sauna in my case. It also came with 2 teeny tiny chairs that looked like they were made for toddlers to sit on so I did replace them with a gorgeous teak seat that was also purchased from Amazon.Now for the steaming itself. It does come with 2 steamers and they're some work horses. I've had great steams using 1 at levels as low as 5. I do enjoy both steamers at 6 and when I need a quick (15 minute) decompression from my day, both at 9 takes the day away. Each steamers has a remote, but can be operated without and is quick and easy to program.Great for the price and I may eventually upgrade to a 3 person just so I could lay down and really enjoy the experience.

The instructions does not make any sense. Usually things come labeled this one didn’t. Cheaply made with missing pieces!

Chinese garbage. Screws are cheap metal is rusting holes don’t match up. Spend extra for a better product. Since I bought it months ago I can’t return it. It’s in the dumpster.
