So disappointed with the quality of this product, I got a pan which was used and had scratches so I contacted amazon to change that one single pan, however that was not an option. I just opened the other bigger pan and saw that there were scratches to the sides of the pan. This is so disappointing that I spend so much for a damaged set. I had Rachel Ray pans for over two years and I was able to use them rough enough but these are fancy but no durability at all. So disappointed that I'm just stuck with this. I would not recommend these pans at all

My food started sticking to the pans after like two uses. The pots worked well for a few months until one of them began warping. They are ok overall but I honestly wouldnt buy them again I am already looking to replace them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These pots are gorgeous, however the lids and handles get hot when cooking, so pretty hazardous.

When pouring from the pots, especially 1 quart and 2 quart the rims dribble all over the counter otherwise I like the. The deep pan is not level rocks on the flat surface of the electric range

When I opened the box on Christmas it was already chipped. Is there any way to get a new one. It was the small pan. I really enjoyed the set so I would like a new pan. Can someone please get in touch with me.
