Small tablets, easy to swallow.
On my 59th birthday, I started using this brand of biotin tablets when I noticed my toenails were growing a bit yellow and my hair was getting dry and lusterless. It’s been around six months and I can attest this product is working well! My nalls are whiter now and a bit thicker, and my hair has some of its luster back, so I’m highly satisfied with this product.

It Works!
This stuff works! I noticed a difference in my nails in two weeks. Stronger, growing fast. My hair is growing faster too. I’ve used it before but got a cheaper brand that cut my stomach up. This one has no side effects. Definitely recommend it!

Not sure these were doing anything for me
I stopped taking biotin recently due to blood work my doctor said you should not have Biotin in your system before that so I've stayed away from it and I don't feel a difference so I'm just going to continue not taking for a while and see if there's a difference in my hair or skin

Hold onto that hair
I was using another brand for a while. It was the same mcg. This one seems to work better. My hair is holding up nicely. My body hair has increased as well.
