So far so good. I’ve had this refrigerator for around 6 months. No complaints. I would definitely buy this brand again.

Not reliable
Had issues with this unit after running for 3 months had a motor go bad took almost a month to get warranty service done by there service company i had to order the replacement motor then once it got replaced i had to pay for the warranty repair work and turn it into icecasa for reimbursmnt it took 4 months to get paid for there warranty work. Then a month later the other motor went bad and the same deal happened i had to order the part and pay for it real headache

Quality and convenience
Huge improvement over my standard fridge. Lots of room I don't have to move everything around to accommodate two turkeys I'm going to smoke. I have had no issues with this piece of equipment.

Can be noisy
Love the space. The auto defrost is great on the freezer . The only thing I have to say is it is noisy . My husband calls it a 747 . It seems to barely shut down . I enjoy how much room I have in it . Especially around the holidays or family gatherings. Overall for the price it’s worth the purchase. Atleast as of now .
