I bought these sponge brushes for a few painting and DIY projects, and they've honestly exceeded my expectations. For the price, the quality is excellent. The foam is soft yet durable enough to apply paint evenly without leaving noticeable streaks. I used them with acrylic paint on wood and canvas, and the finish came out smooth and clean. One thing I really liked is how comfortable they are to hold. The wooden handles feel sturdy, and the brushes don't fall apart while you're using them. They're also great for applying varnish, stain, and Mod Podge. The different sizes included in the pack made it easy to switch between larger surfaces and smaller areas without needing multiple traditional brushes. They're not perfect, though. After a long painting session, one of the foam heads started to wear a little, and I wouldn't recommend them for very detailed artwork since the foam tip isn't as precise as a regular paintbrush. I also found that they absorb a bit more paint than expected, so you may end up using slightly more paint than with bristle brushes. Since they're inexpensive, I didn't mind treating a few of them as disposable, especially when working with darker paint colors that are difficult to wash out. Cleaning is possible if you rinse them immediately, but once the paint dries, it's hard to get them completely clean. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. These sponge brushes made my projects much easier, gave me a smooth finish, and were well worth the money. Love these brushes. Great for many different uses. I personally use them to paint reborn dolls. Great value for my disposable paint brush artistic needs. Good stiff softbristles, strong handle and pleasant color/style. Will continue to purchase regularly.
