Rockville is rocking my family's vehicles and making install a breeze
I have only just installed this so I will try to update further down the road on durability, but I could not be happier with it so far. The install has been the easiest I've ever done, this is the first time I have used high leads instead of a line out converter with RCA leads. I just tied the high leads up to the factory subwoofer wires in my 2022 Ford maverick, ran power and ground and boom, turns on and off without a remote. Hits very nice for taking up almost zero space. Thanks Rockville! my wife is using the spare wheel subwoofer in her vw golf and I've had zero problems with that in the 2 months of owning it, and she loves it! Definitely a fan of your products guys if they last more than a few years it's worth every penny

Honestly very pleased with performance for price
Replaced the stock 5 inch(maybe) Meridian sub in my EV6 and wow what an improvement. I honestly had my doubts but rolled the dice while on sale thanks to all the positive reviews. It does struggle on the lowest frequencies when turned up, but if you want to fill the frequency spectrum without trying to win competitions, it will definitely expand your system music output. You can tell there's an aftermarket sub but you won't find it, which is what gives this it's value. I mounted in the subfloor of my trunk and still need to turn it down. Perfect if you want to enjoy your music but have kids that take up all your space.

So much more than I expected
2024 transit mid roof work van. I have the kicker version in my daily suv and that hits hard. Wasn’t expecting much from this due to the price and no name I’ve never heard before but this thing is great. Wired into door speakers wiring behind the radio dash and dialed the bass and inputs in and the thing will shake my work van windows if loud enough. Sounds very clear and crisp not flooded or cheap. Stock door speakers and the thing is awesome best $120-130 I’ve spent honestly worth it. Only flaw or con in my eyes is the harness they give for door speakers wiring wiring is so short and you can see on the left side it’s exposed. Wish they gave that harness in 1-2ft wire so you can run it behind the dash and hide the connections. I understand most of these units won’t be visible and be under a seat so I don’t mind. Ford transit you can’t put under the seat.

Doubt it'd handle 800w peak but will add a lot to a 89 f150's 6.5" door speakers.
Playing around with this on an oscilloscope, id say this is about 125w rms. Speaker move down to about 5hz but really becomes more noticable around 15hz. By ear it seems to peak at about 70-80hz. That being said, thigs started walking around on my bench. Decent little unit for what it is. No long term news yet. Ossiliscope was running sign wave 2.56v peak to peak on the high level inputs. Got this thing in my buddies 88 f150, it does more than I thought it would. As long as it holds up id recommend it.

Adds the fullness you’re missing, even if it’s not the best sounding
I wish I installed this sooner. It adds a great fullness that I was always searching for in my car audio and never knew this is what was missing. It definitely isn’t a competition sub that’s gonna rattle the windows and in that genre of music I was “disappointed”, but that’s also not the music I listen to. For any genre besides a bass focused one, this is the ticket. I will say it’s a bit boomy and muddy which can be helped with EQ tweaking, but for the money it’s the best you can get. It fit perfect under the rear seats of my ‘18 Tundra DC, but was just too tall to go under the fronts with the vents under there. Overall, it’s great for what it is, even if it’s not “great”.

Wasn't expecting much, not building a competition setup. But I was super impressed. Only had a few weeks so can't say to long-term just would add that you should adjust your entire system to a quality and pleasing effect. I added an extra power switch so I could adjust my vehicle first then adjust the sub to fill in. If you crank it up to the distortion point you will burn up even the most expensive components. So yeah, don't kill it on purpose and cry, just enjoy the quality you get from modern tech at such low prices!

Boom boom boom
Exceeded my expectations for the modest price! I could have gotten the hideaway instead but this rockville has significantly better quality connectors for the power feed. I replaced a stock meridian 5" ported sub in my kia ev6gt with this rockville... and its a night and day difference in my basshead ears. Plus being able to tune the sub beyond having bass slider in the car menus is a huge benefit. Overall I'd recommend this to anyone trying to add more proper bass to a lacking oem/factory setup. It was very easy to wire up. While this isn't like the 18" ported sub with a 1600w amp I have in my other car, I am absolutely satisfied with the output from this rockville 10" sealed. It pairs/integrates excellent with the 13 speakers in the kia meridian sound system.
