This is a superb accessory to the great Lotus grill. It enables a stable cooking temperature to be achieved much quicker, and then maintained by turning down the fan speed. This also prolongs the barbecue time available if you require to cook more food after the first batch. easy to clean in the dishwasher, the temperature gauge is useful for maintaining a steady heat for perfect cooking. The only dislike is that it should be included with the grill in the first place!

It helps to cook as it retains heat well. It's expensive for what it is, but it's in the same price range everywhere.

I liked the idea and the glass lid was recommended to me by a friend. It worked well for first use but the metal rim must have been affected by the heat as a section of about two inches cane away from the glass rim and now the lid does not sit evenly in the grill.

Finalmente il top con il Lotus grill! Ho cotto tre orate con la piastra teppanyaki abbinata al coperchio e ho cotto tutto in 14 minuti. Il coperchio trattiene il calore in maniera omogenea e il risultato abbinato con la piastra rende grigliato all'esterno e morbido l'interno ; praticamente l'accessorio d'obbligo,ma soldi spesi bene:perché la ventola e l'uso della carbonella viene ridotto ed il calore uniforme aumentato. L'unica pecca come le recensioni lette è che tra il vetro e il bordo del coperchio rimane un po' d'acqua;: nn so se è dovuta al lavaggio o alla condensa del calore durante la cottura. ; problema rilevante dato che il giorno dopo lasciandolo su uno strofinaccio prima di ritirarlo,il coperchio torna asciutto .acquisto essenziale e comodo e se si vuole il top:, consiglierei la piastra teppanyaki di lotus grill. Devo aggiornare il prodotto in meglio! ; la contestata acqua nel bordo coperchio non entra per una guarnizione difettosa mentre si lava ,ma bensì è la condensa di cottura che viene canalizzata nel bordo coperchio in modo pratico di non farlo finire nella ciotola.: nel bordo coperchio c,è la giunta dove dopo aver lavato il coperchio si inclina verso di esso per far uscire la condensa e ritorna asciutto immediatamente .fantastico acessorio

Der Deckel passt einwandfrei, auf das Thermometer kann man sich verlassen. Die Hitze bleibt durch den Deckel dort wo sie gebraucht wird, besonders bei Wind und wenn man dicke Stecks grillt sehr hilfreich. Wir grillen nie ohne Deckel, er lässt sich ebenso wie die anderen Teile des Grills gut reinigen. Auch nach vielen Einsätzen ist er wie neu, passt auch mit Grill in die dazugehörige Tasche.

Davvero utile, ti permette di monitorare anche la temperatura, funziona molto bene, resistente, forse un po caro :( comunque un buon prodotto quasi indispensabile per chi usa il LOTUSGRILL.
