The wire ball helps to mix the powder with milk so there’s no lumps.The lid fits perfectly, screw on and make sure you hear the click when you close the spout part.Great quality, well made and the price was very reasonable. Does the job. I like that it’s a smaller size and holds about 500ml. The mixball does its job and there’s no lumps when I go to drink my clear whey! The lid is also very secure so no risk of leaks. Great quality.

Great smaller protein shaker. I have a large one already that felt too big, I wanted a cheap smaller one and this one is budget friendly and fits with what I needed. Comes with the internal ball to disperse protein powder which makes making my shakes super easy. It came packaged in plastic which was perhaps a bit unnecessary but other than that I can’t find fault with the product. It’s easy to take apart and clean, it doesn’t have a plastic taste and the seal is water tight.
