This water filter is the best ever, it arrived on time and was easy to put together. My last water filter was glass but also with plastic, after a few months the water started to taste like tap water, which was awful. This water filter is glass & aluminium which is great and the filter is aluminium and takes granules. This is awesome as no need to mess around with plastic filters. The water tastes fantastic, no awful tap tasting water. The water is clear, crisp and tastes even better that bottle water. I would 💯 recommend this water filter, it’s the best, I will definitely buy again once this has had its day which will not be for a while yet. My only gripe would be, you have to manually move the gauge to remind you to change the filter and obviously remember . I have put a reminder on my phone which will remind me every month, no sweat. Love this water filter!!!!

We are pleased with the water purifier, it’s worth noting that it is quite heavy when pouring, but I suppose it’s the difference between plastic and glass.

Heavy to lift , not practical for everyday use , capacity too little, you have to refill constantly but the quality of the glass is very good , super pricey

While this is an aesthetic water filter and it’s nice to have it made from glass and steel it is poorly designed. The granules get caught in the metal sieve part of the filter and it is impossible to get them out. This can lend to mould building up in the metal crevices. Also, there is rubber that comes in contact with the water so it is not entirely free from plastic materials. The granules work for approximately two weeks, any longer and you get a mouldy taste. I like the jug but it is amazing what passes for contemporary design nowadays, design flaws seem to part and parcel, even of higher end goods. Disappointing.

The water filter jug is very well designed. The glass is thick, and almost every part of the jug can be dismantled and cleaned. Even the stainless steel holder on the top cover can be unscrewed, cleaned, and screwed back into place. The silicone bits are mostly not in contact with the water, which is also what we were looking for. We have kept the silicon bottom cover on to avoid the jug from slamming onto a hard table top or counter top and shattering to pieces. The main cost of this wonderful filter is the granules. The manufacturer recommends changing them every month. At £17 a pack of 3, the costs can add up pretty quickly depending on usage. We are changing them once every two months, going by the rating of the filter granules - each pack is rated to filter 120L of water - about 4L every day if used for a month. As a working family, our main usage is on early morning and on evening on weekdays. Adjust the changing frequency based on your usage (£)_(£)

I opened my package to see the top part of the jar chipped off. Please could I ask for a replacement?

He pasado años buscando un filtro de agua que no sólo filtre pero que sea reutiliza le y que no use o apenas use platico. Este es el filtro que estaba buscando. Elimina el sabor de cloro y la cal del agua (que son la razón principal por la que filtro el agua en casa). El agua sabe riquísima defues de ser filtrada. La jarra es de cristal y el componente del filtro es de acero. Si bien tiene juntas de goma y mínimos componente plásticos, en lo general mucho menos que la mayoría de productos similares que hay en el mercado. No se qué tal es la durabilidad del producto, pero teniendo en cuenta los materiales utilizados, a menos que por accidente se rompa la jarra, tiene pinta de durar mucho tiempo.

Kannan är snygg att ställa på bordet och själva filtreringen funkar nog bra den också men det är ganska dyrt i längden och det ju i princip helt onödigt att filtrera vatten, i Sverige.
